Planning with Kyle and William was an international adventure! In addition to loving to travel the world together, the couple had also lived in several countries together and apart for their work and did most of their planning from Beijing.

They incorporated this theme into their wedding with a hand-made ceremony sign displaying the distance to many of the places they had lived, visited together, or where from where their wedding guests had traveled to join them. This became a fun prop for photos for the couple and their guests! The international theme continued with a large map of the world with push pins in their favorite places leading guests to their tables. Each reception table was named for a favorite place and adorned with mementos from their time there. The items on each table became a quick ice breaker for their guests, and as William and Kyle greeted each table, they were able to tell the story of their time in that city together.

Every moment of this wedding felt like it came straight from the heart and was true to the love they shared with each other and their guests. We loved this wedding for all of the custom details they incorporated and how they welcomed all of their guests from around the world to their Hawaii wedding celebration.
